Absolutely perfect . Clean. Comfortable. Homey. Great host. Beautiful garden. Nice open area to view Mts. Outdoor seating area and fire pit.Conveinent to many attractions.

We love little Mom and Pop non corporate motels reminiscent of yesteryear. This place fits the bill. JR was wonderful the room was clean and comfortable.

The owner was very pleasant and when I lost an irreplaceable personal item in the parking lot, he found it and made it a point to make sure it was returned to me. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, linens were clean and when we needed additional towels they were supplied to us.

A nice spot to relax right in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest, with plenty of things to do and see nearby.

Great location if you are going to Sheffield or the surrounding area. JR, the owner, had a nice recommendation of a place for dinner on Thursday and went out of his way to be sure we had a great stay. We came for the Johnny Appleseed Festival and appreciated that we could find a place to stay so close. The refrigerator was much larger than in most chain hotels and the Keurig machine in the room made it easy for us to enjoy hot coffee after a day in the rain.

The location was good for where we needed to be. Bed were comfortable. Slept well .

Comfortable bed, clean, Keurig, fidge/freezer. Everything we needed for our one night stay. On our way to Ohio.

The property owner was welcoming and the rooms were small but nice.

We will definitely go back! JR was friendly and helpful, even before we arrived. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, and JR even gave us blankets for our dogs. The location was perfect, and we were able to visit parks and forests, go hiking, and take scenic drives. The place is modest, but absolutely spotless clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning and evening,. Great value, and it was like a vacation from our youth.
